- £1100 per week 1st May to 30th November.
- £1300 per week 1st December to 30th April, except over Christmas, New Year and Easter periods.
- £1500 per week over the Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays.
The above prices are based on all 4 bedrooms being occupied with a maximum occupancy of 8 people in the house.

Price quoted in sterling, but will convert into any currency using Moneycorp (www.moneycorp.com) exchange rate on day of booking.
Arrival after 3pm on date of arrival.
Departure before 11am on date of departure.
Bedding, and beach and bath towels will be provided.
The pool will be tended weekly, and the gardener visits every two weeks.
The housekeeper will change the bedding and towels twice weekly.
Payment:
10% non-refundable deposit to secure booking.
Balance to be paid 56 days before date of arrival.
A security deposit of £100 against damage or breakages will be added to the balance, but will be returned within 4 days of departure from Shutters.
